Discounting the effect of any additions or subtractions through the Portal the only position group that did not appear to be as good or in most cases better than last year was the QB's , but don't think your starter played Saturday. Maybe not even your backup.

Even the defensive front- a position group that Butch has said he will add some players before next fall and missing Sugick, looked much more physical than last years group.

Don't think anyone that has observed this team is not confident you will put a lot better team on the field next year than last year. You are certainly not lacking talent at any position.
